Registration-Delegate or Listener

For those who don't want to publish a paper or present a report, he/she can register as a listener to attend directly. The registration fee will be adjusted based on the conference place and the currency exchange rate of USD.

Policies 条款
*Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
*The additional paper discount will be offered for those who should be the same first author only.
*When a paper exceeds 6 pages(2 column), additional pages will be chargeable.
*Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
*Accompanying person needs to register as a listener to attend the conference. 
*Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference.
*Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials in advance, please send us the filled registration form before December 1 regardless of the payment time.
*For listener only, It's better to prepare the cash in advance if you choose to register onsite.


Payment Receipt 发票/收据
When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot. Please offer the right receipt information when you do the registration. If not, we will consider the invoice receiver as your organization by default.

If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage)

As the conference area is public, in order to make sure the conference can go smoothly and protect everyone's safety to a certain extent; every author is kindly request to pay attention to the below point:
因会议平台和会议现场为公开区域，为确保与会作者的人身和财产安全，请大家务必注意一下几点温馨提醒：
Wear the name tag.(请佩戴代表牌)
- The participants must wear the conference name tag to enter the conference areas during the entire conference. Individuals not wearing it will be denied entry.
请各位嘉宾佩戴好个人的代表牌进入会场。
Apply for accompanying relatives（请提前为亲属申请）
-- Participants are not allowed to bring their associates or families into the conference areas. If you wish to bring someone, please inform the conference person in charge in advance to obtain a special name tag for whatever event like presentations, breaks or meals.
非会议注册人员不允许进入会场，如您携带有家属或陪同人员，请您提前到主持台进行申请。届时将为您的陪同人员提供旁听代表牌。
Comply with local laws and regulations(遵守当地法律法规)
All legal responsibilities and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participants’ activities during the event shall be borne by the participants themselves.
与会者会议期间需遵守当地法律法规，如因个人造成的一切直接或间接法律责任和责任，由参与者自行承担。
Pay attention to personal and property safety（注意人身和财产安全）
Participants should take care of their belongings at all times. All losses related to personal property will not be the responsibility of the event organizers and associations.
与会期间请随身携带和保管好个人的重要财务，如不慎遗失，会务组和现场工作以及酒店人员不会承担任何损失赔偿责任。
Identify fake meetings（辨别假冒会议，谨防上当受骗）
Please do confirm that you contact the right conference secretary with the contact information in our official website via email or phone. Sometime we found some fake conferences called the same name with our conference illegally copying information from our official website including the conference history, proceedings, etc. This fake conference is nothing to do with our organizing committee. Please be careful when you trying to submit your papers and register.
在提交您的投稿和注册前，请您确保您联系到官网所列会议负责人，以确保您的投稿和注册安全。近年会务组发现有些假冒会议会抄袭会议官网，并冒充我们会议助理进行征稿和会议注册。请您务必警惕以确保您的版权和财产安全！

* Cancellation Policy 退款政策
Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you request to cancel the registration due to your personal reason, please inform the conference secretary before the deadline. You are request to submit the reasonable proof to the conference secretary for application. The part of registration fee will be refunded to you after deducting the service charge including labor cost, proceeding fee and bank service, etc.  

Considering the failure to attend the conference or the withdrawal of the paper submission due to some reasonable factors, the relevant author must submit the proof to the conference secretary by email. If verified, the part of registration fee will be refunded after deducting the relevant handling fee.
50 days before the conference: 50 USD processing fee will incur.
20-50 days before the conference: 150 USD processing fee will incur.
20 days before the conference: No refund.

If your cancellation request belongs to the below situation, CSAI has the right to refund the part of registration fee or reject your application based on the real situation.
?Personal Reason
CSAI will follow the above time of cancellation to refund the part of registration fee after the applicant offered the abundant proof. If the applicant could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”, such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
?Force Majeure
CSAI cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
?Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
