Thanks for all participants who attend
CSAI2019. The conference was really
successful with your highly supports. On
December 8, the three-day CSAI 2019 was
closed in Beijing Expert Foreign
Building, Beijing, China. It is
sponsored by Beijing Computer
Ferderation. About 110 delegates and
guests from the world and the BCF
participated in this conference.
Accepted papers were included in the
conference proceedings (ISBN:
978-1-4503-7627-3), which will be
included in ACM Digital Library,
reviewed and indexed by Ei Compendex and
Scopus already.

On the morning of December 6, attendees
came to the registration venue to sign
in and collect the conference materials.
At the opening ceremony of the
conference on the morning of December 7,
the representative of local host
(Beijing Computer Federation, China)
Xuhui Feng who is the Chairman & General
Manager, Software Center of Chinese
Academy of Sciences as well as Executive
Director of Beijing Computer Federation
respectively delivered an opening
speech.

After the opening, Prof. Ying Tan from
Peking University, China delivered a
keynote speech on the topic "Latest
Progress in Swarm Intelligence,
Fireworks Algorithm and Applications".
Next, the 2nd keynote speaker Prof. Anu
Gokhale from Illinois State University,
USA talked on "AI: Countering Flaws in
Algorithm Design and Applications".
The last keynote speech was from Prof.
Jun Xu from Renmin University of China,
who talked about "Learning to Rank for
Information Retrieval: Beyond
Probability Ranking Principle".
Participants also express their views,
and enthusiastically asked questions. |

In the afternoon of December 7 and In
the morning of December 8, the
conference was set up with 6 oral
presentation sessions. Participants made
presentations and discussions over 6
topics, Intelligent Algorithms and
Calculations, Machine Vision and Image
Processing, Deep Learning and
Reinforcement Learning, Artificial
Intelligence and Information System,
Model Construction and Method, Computer
Network and Data Engineering. In
addition to the core oral presentation
in the academic conference, the
conference also has poster sessions,
which provides more opportunities for
experts and scholars to communicate with
each other.

chosen, which is evaluated from:
Originality, Applicability,
Significance, Visual Aids, English
Delivery and Timeliness.
