Welcome to attend 2021 5th International Conference on Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (CSAI2021) .

CSAI as an annual international conference is held on time every year since 2017, and after the success of the first edition, it has been held for 4 years. Even though, this year, the face-to-face communication is limited, but we still believe the passion for our exchanging new ideas and application experiences has no way to be reduced.

 CSAI 2021 Proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8415-5) are included in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus already.

From the program of CSAI 2021, we can see that there are 9 keynote and invited speeches and 85 paper reports in total. We would like to thank all speakers and presenters’ coming.
Herewith, gratitude and kind appreciation to all speakers and the Technical Program Committee members and reviewers for their strong and valuable support during the evaluation of the submitted papers. With their contribution, we can select those excellent presentations from all the submission, which is really a hard work. Of course, we have to thanks all our other committee members including advisory chair, conference chair, program chair & co-chairs, steering chair and local chair, who made a lot of supports to the conference publicity and program control so that this conference can be held smoothly.
